McKinsey & Company recently published an Agile Compendium highlighting the trademarks of agile organizations, including a technology-enabled people-centered culture, a network of teams, rapid learning and decision cycles, and a share purpose. An agile enterprise is designed for both stability and dynamism, whereas traditional operating models are slow moving and rigid. McKinsey states that any company that shifts its thinking to the right mindsets can implement the trademarks of an agile organization.
